When paying by credit card, you will have the option to have your method of payment stored for future convenience. When choosing this option, there are a few things to be aware of:
- If you ever need to update the card that is stored on file, you will need to contact us at email@example.com and ask us to remove it from your account. The next time you login you will be prompted for a new method of payment.
- When storing a payment for later use, you will be prompted by our payment processor, Stripe, to provide a phone number where you can receive SMS/text messages to confirm your identity via 2 Factor Authentication. If you can’t access your SMS/2-Factor authentication code, you will need to reach out to Stripe. They require you to contact them directly to have the “Remember Me” verification prompt disabled on your account, which will allow you to continue to pay by credit card. You can contact them at firstname.lastname@example.org. They have a very responsive support team, and typically answer requests within 24 hours.
