The Job List

One of the most powerful features of the Enhanced Profile is the Job List. The Job List allows employers to showcase all of their jobs within the Enhanced Profile - this tool makes it possible to advertise all of your available positions on one place for one price.

To access and edit your job list, select the Profile button from your employer dashboard.

From there, the Profile Jobs button will lead you to your job list edit page. Depending on your organization and the other hiring tools you use, there are few different options on how to utilize your job list. 

If you utilize an ATS that has a job list page, you'll likely want to forgo the Job List feature. Instead, we recommend posting a static list of the positions that you hire for in the Jobs Intro section, and then provide a link to your ATS job list so that job seekers can see what you currently have available. The job list tool is very useful, and the end goal is providing the job seeker with the most current, concise and accurate information you can. Creating a job list page that leads to a duplicate ATS job list page that job seekers will have to wade through could result in a frustrating experience for Job Seekers. 

If you do not have an external ATS, or you utilize the Staffing Center by CoolWorks as your ATS, you will absolutely want to take advantage of the Job List feature. 

We suggest using the Jobs Intro section to present your season dates and any other applicable information that applies to all of your positions.

Below that section, you can add and populate your job list via the Add a Job button. Make sure to use the Open/Close toggle buttons to control which positions show up on your Profile. Closing positions that have been filled or that you're not seeking to hire for drives interest and applicants towards the positions that you're looking to fill. 

Once your job list has been created, use the Publish Job List toggle button in the right column to activate this feature on your Enhanced Profile.
