If you're trying to register for an employer account and you get a message that there's already an existing account under that company name, good news - you don't need to go through the registration process again! It's very common that a company may have an existing CoolWorks account, and the person whose name is on the account may just no longer be with the organization.
There is often helpful information or posting history in an existing account that may be worth saving - previous job postings or an existing Enhanced Employer Profile make it easy to see what tools have been used in the past and make it easy to edit and repost.
If, on the other hand, you're a new owner or manager, and would prefer a completely clean slate and rebrand, then please also contact us. We'll close the previous account so that you can register anew.
