How to Log In to Staffing Center

If your company’s Staffing Center was launched prior to April 2019, you are using the Staffing Center Classic, a full-scale applicant tracking system with a feature set focused on larger seasonal operations. The Staffing Center Classic has been providing a robust set of tools for seasonal operations to easily recruit, screen, and hire staff since 2001. It is a separate site from your CoolWorks job posting account, and can be accessed here:

Log in to Staffing Center Classic

In April 2019, we launched a new version of the Staffing Center by CoolWorks with a feature set optimized for small to medium sized seasonal operations. This is the version whose features, tools, and pricing are currently listed on the primary Staffing Center page. If you are using this version of the Staffing Center, launched after April 2019, you can access your Staffing Center by logging in to your CoolWorks Dashboard and clicking the Staffing Center icon.

Both versions are fully supported and serviced by the CoolWorks team, but as of April 2019, the Staffing Center Classic will no longer be available to new customers.
