In this article, we'll give a brief overview of your Staffing Center Company Settings*, which can be accessed by navigating to your Staffing Center Dashboard, and clicking the ⚙ Settings button underneath your Company Name.
* Please note, some of these settings may only be accessable by your company's primary Staffing Center Admin, and may not be visible based on your account permissions. If you see a setting in this article that needs to be adjusted, but it is not visible to you, please contact your primary Admin to adjust the settings.
Here you can view the status of your Staffing Center subscription and your subscription history, as well as Cancel your subscription, Reactivate an expired subscription, or Update your payment method.
Here you can view your Job App and Job List as they appear to Job Seekers. You can also Publish / Unpublish your App and Job List by toggling the radio buttons if you need to pause / resume hiring at any time.
The Job App section also allows you to customize and edit your Job App intro text, Job List intro text, Footer text, Confirmation Message, and add custom CSS to your Confirmation Message.
Archive Current Job Apps
This section takes you to the "Archive Apps" tool, which allows you to archive old applications and remove them from your main Dashboard as well as from the individual Department / Job dashboards.
This section allows you to Add New Departments, which will further allow you to add additional Jobs and Positions within those Departments. If you wish to edit an existing Department, follow the instructions in this Help Center article.
This section allows you to create new email templates and manage exisiting email templates that you can send directly to candidates and references from their individual applications. Click here to learn more about Email Templates.
