If you're attempting to register for a CoolWorks job posting account, but you're receiving a prompt that your company appears to already have an account, one of two courses of action will be necessary depending on the status of the company.
Change of Ownership
If the company has changed ownership since the last time a job opportunity was posted on CoolWorks, you'll simply need to re-register as a new entity and notify us that the previous ownership is no longer involved. In order for the registration to go through, you may need to provide a slight variation of the company name so your new registration is not flagged as a duplicate. So, if this scenario applies to your organization:
- Sign up for a new employer account, using a modified company name (e.g. Instead of Beachshore Lodge & Spa, use Beachshore Lodge - California, etc.)
- Email us at help@coolworks.com to notify us that you've registered a Company that previously had an account. We will close the old account and update your new registration with the correct company name
New Hiring Manager / Account User
If your Company has not changed ownership, but a new individual is responsible for hiring and recruiting, and needs to be added to the account, just send us an email from a company domain (e.g. hiring@beachshorelodge.com) to help@coolworks.com requesting that the new user be added to the existing account. Or if possible, ask the current account admin to email us the request to add the new user to the account.
