How to Reset Your Password

If you need to change your CoolWorks user account password, you can do so at any time by visiting the following page:

https://www.coolworks.com/users/password/new

Input the email address associated with your CoolWorks account (it must match exactly), and you will be sent a password reset link to your email address. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.

If you do not receive the password reset email, please check your Spam and Junk Mail folders. If there still is not a password reset email in either of those locations, then there is not currently a CoolWorks user account associated with the email address you've provided.
